At Teressa's Dream Destinations, I understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and compensate for the time and effort invested in planning your trip, I have a cancellation policy that includes a flat cancellation fee. This fee applies even if only a deposit has been paid, as it reflects the value of the services provided.

Additionally, I highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen changes. Travel insurance isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I’ll guide you through your options to help you choose the best coverage for your needs.

We charge a non-refundable research fee of $30 for customized quote requests. This fee compensates for the time and effort spent creating your personalized itinerary. While we earn commissions from suppliers once a booking is made, we do not receive any payment if you choose not to proceed. 

If you decide to book with us, the $30 research fee will be applied to your next booking or toward your next research fee, ensuring you’re receiving value for the time we’ve dedicated to crafting your travel plans. 

There is no fee for cruise bookings, sporting events, or deals posted on our social media channels. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated on the latest offers! 

Our sports packages will include the cost of the ticket(s), hotel stay, and roundtrip airport transportation. (Flights are not part of the package). Certain options may feature additional upgrades at supplementary charges. 

Absolutely! We regularly post group trips or pre-packaged options that are already designed for your convenience. There are no research fees for these options. However, if you'd like to make any changes, such as adjusting dates, there may be an additional change fee.

Be sure to check back often, as packages may have specific deposit deadlines, booking timelines, and limited availability for travelers. Please note that prices are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made.

Yes! For most trips, we can offer flexible monthly payment plans with low deposits, typically ranging from $200 to $300 per person for packages that include flights, or as low as $50 per person for hotel-only bookings, depending on how far in advance your trip is. If your trip is less than 90 days away, full payment may be required at the time of booking, but we will always provide you with clear payment details in your quote so you can plan accordingly. 

If you find an identical quote at a lower price elsewhere, please send me a screenshot, and I’ll check to see if price matching is available. Some suppliers allow price matching when all details are identical ("apples to apples"). However, be aware that some "cheaper" options may come with restrictions, such as non-refundable rooms or fewer inclusions.

In many cases, we offer exclusive deals that may include added perks like resort credits, free upgrades, or additional services that you won’t find on other sites.

Additionally, booking through us means you have a dedicated travel professional to assist you if issues arise during your trip. With third-party sites, you may end up on hold for long periods or speaking to different representatives each time, leading to frustration and wasted vacation time.
